Support

A person replies within one business day.

Support is by email. Write to support@airtablebackup.com from the address you sign in with, if you can; it saves a round trip.

What to include

So the first reply is the useful one

  • Which base, by name or by its Airtable address (the part that starts with app…).
  • What you expected and what happened, with the time if it matters. Times from the console, which are shown in your timezone, are the easiest to match.
  • For a restore question: the restore’s row in Restore history, or the Timeline row you started from.
  • For an alert you received: paste the email. Every alert says why it was sent.
  • Anything the Health page shows under “Needs attention” or “Details for admins”.

Never send an Airtable token, a password or an attachment from your base. Support does not need them and will not ask.

Status

Is it down?

A status page at status.airtablebackup.com is coming soon. Until it is up, the Health page in the console is the status of your own backup, and support@airtablebackup.com is the status of everything else.

Your data in Airtable is never affected by anything on our side. If the console is unreachable, your base is as it was; when the service is back it catches up on the changes Airtable held for it.

Security and privacy

Other addresses

A security problem: the same address, with “Security” in the subject. The security page says what to include. A question about your data or a request to delete it: the privacy policy and the retention policy say what happens and how to ask.

Early access

Sign-up opens soon. Leave your email to be first.

Write to support@airtablebackup.com and say which base you want backed up first. A person replies within one business day. When sign-up opens, it is at app.airtablebackup.com/signup.
